T. Krishnamoorthy, Chief Manager - Karur Vysya Bank, Whites Road Branch invited MOHAN Foundation for an awareness program on organ donation. The session was conducted on 07th July 2018 at 4:30 PM by Dr. Hemal Kanvinde and Mr. T. S. Siva Shankar.
Chief Manager Mr. T. Krishnamoorthy welcomed the staff and introduced the topic. He said that he read in the newspaper and wanted to know correct information about organ donation. Dr. Hemal Kanvinde started the session with an introduction to the activities of MOHAN Foundation and the need of Organ Donation in our country. She introduced Mr. Siva Shankar to the gathering. Then Mr. Siva Shankar explained the Concepts of Organ Donation. He clearly explained the following in detail:
The session went on 30 minutes and was attended by 12 staff. Discussion after the talk was on health and cornea donation procedures. One of the staff member had a family experience of cornea donation. MOHAN Foundation thanks the Chief Manager Mr. T. Krishnamoorthy for supporting this noble cause.
