On 07.06.2018,MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum- Navjeevan (MFJCF) conducted an awareness talk on organ donation at Offices of Bhuteda Panchayat, Govindgarh, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Mrs. Kamla Chaudhari and Mr. Pavan Kumar Dubey represented the MFJCF Team.
Mrs. Meera Devi (Sarpanch), Mr. Jagpal Kajla (Gram Sevak) and 50 villagers attended the session and got the vital information about organ donation.
During the presentation MFJCF member Spoke on the following topics:
1. Need of Organ Donation
2. Transplantation of Human Organ Act 1994
3. Concept of brain death and ccardiac death.
Answers to some questions asked by the audience were given by MFJCF Members.
1. How can we pledge for our organs to be donated after death?
2. Who completes the procedure of organ donation?
After the session all villagers picked donor cards and promised to spread awareness about the organ donation.
