On 28th June 2019, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the Training Supervisor, The Indian Red Cross Society, UT Branch, Chandigarh to conduct an awareness talk on organ donation for their First Aid Students at Karuna Sadan Building, Chandigarh. Around 80 participants from various parts of Punjab, Haryana & Chandigarh College Students, Patient Care Attendants, Home Nursing, Nannies and Bus Conductors participated in the program.
Participants were given the presentation on organ donation and brain death by Ms. Neha Sharma.
In this talk she explained the following points: -
It was an interactive session. Around 80 people were present in the training room and 37 of them picked up their donor card. MOHAN Foundation thanks the The Indian Red Cross Society for the opportunity.
