On 22nd December 2019, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Mrs. Mandeep Kaur, NSS Program Officer in Guru Nanak Khalsa Senior Secondary School, Sector 30-B, Chandigarh to conduct an awareness talk on Organ Donation for their NSS Students. Approximately 80 students from class 12th attended the session.
Mrs. Mandeep Kaur, NSS Program Officer addressed the students and gave a brief introduction on Organ Donation to their students.
Students were given an introduction & presentation on how important is organ donation and tissue donation and too many people waiting for transplant by Ms. Neha Sharma.
In this talk she explained the following points: -
All the students got motivated and convinced to support organ donation. Around 30 students pledged their organs by signing the Donor Cards. Students did applaud in the end for the efforts taken by MOHAN Foundation.
