On 19th December 2019, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Mrs. Usha Saini, NSS Program Officer in Government Model Senior Secondary School, Behlana, Chandigarh to conduct an awareness talk on Organ Donation for their NSS Students. Approximately 60 students from class 12th attended the session.
Mrs. Usha Saini, NSS Program Officer addressed the students and gave a brief introduction on Organ Donation to their students.
Students were given an introduction & presentation on how important is Organ donation and tissue donation and too many people waiting for transplant by Ms. Neha Sharma.
In this talk she explained the following points: -
All the students got motivated and convinced to support organ donation. Around 10 students pledged their organs by signing the Donor Cards. Students did applaud in the end for the efforts taken by MOHAN Foundation.
