On 29th May 2019, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the Chitkara University Chandigarh-Patiala National Highway, Village Jansla, Rajpura,, Punjab to conduct an awareness talk on organ donation for their students which was held in an auditorium. Around 120 students and faculty participated in the program.
Mr. Santosh Kumar, Training Supervisor addressed the gathering and gave a brief introduction on organ donation to the participants.
Firstly, Neha Sharma introduced herself to the students and after that she asked the questions from students to check their knowledge about organ donation and transplantation.
Participants were given an introduction and presentation on organ donation and brain death by Ms. Neha Sharma.
In this talk she explained the following points: -
The entire group got motivated and convinced to support organ donation and they would love to share their wish with their families and sharing the gift of life. All the participants picked up the donor cards. Everyone applauded and she announced to all use MOHAN Foundation website and helpline number to clarify any doubt.
After the talk participants asked a few questions which were answered to their satisfaction.
