On 6th August 2024, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Dr. Lakshmi Rao, Chief Scientist of CCMB, (Industrial Research Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India), to give a lecture on Organ Donation.
Dr. Bhanu Prakash conducted the Awareness session on Organ Donation to the employees of CCMB. He Explained about Organ Donation and its importance, Concepts of Brain Dead, Myths and Facts of Organ Donation and Transplantation, about donor card, Legal ethics.
Around 100 employees attended the program.
The Chief scientists, Dr. Laxmi Rao, Dr. Manjula Reddy and Dr. Shylaja, Senior controller of Administration and other faculty pledged their organs by flashing MOHAN Foundation donor cards.
Finally, Dr. Vinay Nandicoori, Director of CCMB appreciated MOHAN foundation’s activities.
