Ambassador Dr. Neena conducts an Awareness Session for Driving Licence Students at Red Cross, Karnal, Haryana Session-4

    On 11th June 2024, Dr. Neena Ambassador, MOHAN Foundation, Assistant Professor in B.R.M College of Education Gharaunda, Haryana, Lay Lecturer First Aid in St. John Ambulance India and Brigade Officer in Red Cross Karnal Haryana organized awareness talk on Organ Donation  for the Students for Driving Licence at Red Cross, Karnal. Around 30 students attended the session.

    Organs that can be donated during life and after death

    The transplant waiting list in India

    Brain death

    Difference between brain death and coma

    Contradictions to organ donation

    Role of MOHAN Foundation

    Organ donation MYTHS AND FACTS

     

     

    At the end, Dr. Neena gave the vote of thanks. Over all the session was very interactive where participants enthusiastically contributed to the discussions asked many questions. Participants also shared their views about the cause.

    All of them shared their willingness to donate their organs. They would love to share their wish with their families.
